Brandy Norwood, Mutual agreement with Marc Mysterio..

On July 8, 2011, Radar Online reported that the two parties (Marc Mysterio and Brandy Norwood) had both agreed on a mutual agreement and out of court settlement. The terms of the agreement were confidential, according to Mysterio's attorney Laurence Clarke.

As wknow that... TMZ & Popeater reported that on August 23, 2010, Marc Mysterio filed a lawsuit against Brandy Norwood seeking up to $6,000,000 in damages. According to reports, Brandy had been paid $10,000 as a side artist fee to feature on Marc Mysterio's Debut Album's Lead Single, 'Shout It Out'.

Radar Online has subsequently reported that on November 30, 2010, the judge in the case denied Brandy Norwood's motion to dismiss the case and ordered a jury trial to take place, to begin on July 27, 2011.
